System builder unexpected error on in version 6.01 and 6.01 SP1

Anyone getting an unexpected error when opening the system builder in RS6.01 and 6.01SP1?

Uninstalled and re installed same error exists.

If I now try to open system builder in any previous installed version the same error exists... older system from layout also failing.

RW 6 systems are working using installation manager.

I can get system builder to work if I uninstall RS 6.01 SP1 and re installing RS 6.00.01

Anyone else getting this problem?

Hi,

It seems in some cases the required runtime isn't installed with RS. To fix this you can install it manually. Locate this file in the distribution and run it:

RobotStudio\ISSetupPrerequisites\{3A302466-01DB-4D60-8604-39AD555BB541}\vcredist_x86.exe

I tried your method and still i am having the same problem. RS keeps telling me that there was an unexpected error and to restart, but it does the same thing after i restart. Using 5.61 and 6.01 and having the same issue!!!
