System Builder Error!!!!!! Cannot get System Builder to Work.

I don't know what the problem is, but my RobotStudio will not allow me to use System Builder. Every time I try and use it I get an error. The first time this happened RobotStudio told me I was missing a .dll file. I got the file from a fellow programmer and put it where it was found on his computer. After I put the .dll file in i still get an error and i cannot use system builder. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RS 3X and still get an error. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!! I am attaching snippets of what is going on.

RS 3.x is a old version for S4 robots.

All the dll you need is included in the installations packet.

Is the robotware installed?
