Help decrease timing issues

Hello All,

I am currently using matlab to update a .mod file then I upload the .mod file to the robot controller via PC SDK and then execute the program to update my coordinates. Then I create another . mod file and repeat. However, this whole process is time consuming and having hundreds of points increased the amount of time it takes to gather data. Is there a faster way to accomplish this? I am currently using Visual Studio C#.
