My RobotStudio will not work!!! It keeps in giving me "FATAL ERROR"

I have unistalled and re-installled it a few times and nothing i keep on getting the same "FATAL ERROR" message. It will not load even when I select the no option. Please see attached file and let me know what in the world i could do..........

Its a boring answer, but I'm afraid one of the best thing to do is to use the error reporting tool and send the information to your local ABB contact. It will give us lots of logs and exception information. At least start doing that. In the meantime there may come up some other clever suggestion here.
