Event Message #39530 - "Axis Computer Lost Communication With Safety System".

We have a IRB4400 in our R&D lab that has been disconnected for 6-7 months.(it worked perfectly bef I was able to load a new system from USB and the GUI loads up, but instantly give us an error message. Event Message 39530. "Axis Computer Lost Communication With Safety System". This is just a test robot so we can take the time (or atleast try) to fix it without hiring a tech and save some $$$ if anyone has any ideas. I've tried to google safety system, the event #, axis computer, etc. and all i can come up with is that it might be a power pack or cable(in which case we will call a tech out). I just can't find any new ideas/leads to even remotely troubleshoot it any further. Any advice or ideas would be great. Thanks again.

    Look at the connection between the contactor board (the board on the lower left side of the cabinet) and the axis computer (right side of the cabinet). It will look like an RJ45 connection and connects to X6 on the axis computer and X4 on the contactor board. I'm assuming an IRC5 cabinet.
