Configuring PROFINET Controller/Device on DSQC1000

Hi guys, I'm trying to connect a Siemens ET200SP distributed I/O system to an IRC5 controller over a PROFINET bus. To do so, I'm using the PROFINET Configurator from the latest RobotWare Tools & Utilities distribution (http://cdn.robotstudio.com/install/RobotWare_Tools_And_Utilities_6.01.01.zip). Following the, actually pretty elaborate, ABB application manual I tried loading the GSDML file corresponding to our ET200SP module. This is apparently where the problems start: loading the ~2.9 MB file takes about 5 hours and 1,5 GB of memory (during which the configurator application is 'not responding'). When the configurator is responding again (an it literaly takes hours), not all devices in the GSDML file show up in the device catalog. Off course, the module I need is not added. I made sure the needed module is described in the GSDML file and loading the file into other tools (such as Simatic NCM Manager) does show the module. Does anyone have experience with the PROFINET Configurator and/or have any ideas to get the right version of the module to show up in the application? P.S. I tried using the demo version of PC WORX, an alternative program mentioned in the application manual, but similar behavior is observed: hours of a non-responding program and the module not showing up in the device catalog. As both programs are from the same manufacturer (Phoenix Contact) and show exactly the same menu structures and menus, I think the back-end is the same.
