System from backup of pain robot with customized cfg for gun

Hello to all, I'm trying to create new IRB 5400 system from backup that has customized cfg file for paint gun 1KF, but RobotStudio is reporting that MediaPool doesn't contain additional option 3HNA016140 (this paint gun), do you have any suggestion how to create system using this backup file. Thanks in advance.

    The option might be on the robot. If so you could then download it from the robot and place it in the mediapool. Then you should be able to create the system.

    You need to access the robot via FTP and the option should be on hd0a, you can then copy it off. Alternatively t should also be on the DVD supplied with the robot, these are usually in the little pocket in the left hand controller door.
