Hello Im new here

Greetings Everyone, Im new to the site and also quite new in the industry. I'm newly employed (grad) as a Robotic Engineer/Simulations Associate. Which basically means I'll be doing on site programming and in office simulations. Im sure there are many of you here that have been in the field for many years. Since I am a grasshopper and you all are my sensei is there any advice I can get from you reguarding my new career? Any websites, pdf's or documentation? Anything or any advice would be greatly appreciated....heck i'll even accept a "Keep your chin up kid"...lol
