Spotware Synchronization Problem

Hello everybody!
I have a little proble with my simulation. The spotware which I added to my system does not seem to synchronize SWBAS paths. This might be the reason why my tipdressing algorithm doesnt work because the weld_counter under curr_gundata{gunnum} doesnt increase everytime when a spotweld is completed or did I miss something?.
