Motors on and Start

I got a very interesting problem, as soon as I start our Flexpendant sdk application the system input we configured
for "motors on and start" does not work. Seems like our flp program is blocking or writing in wrong memory area?
The flp program ( 5.15), seems to be working as it should with no memory leaks.
