Hi,
You no longer need a virtual unit to create virtual I/O signals - so just create the signal in the EIO file without reference to a unit or a physical address (just name and type of signal).

Hi!
I have the same question. I design a smart component for a 2 parallel fingers gripper and I want that the robot controls the gripper, but I don't know how do it.
Please help me.
Where is the EOI file?
Thanks!!!!0 -
Hi!
I create the Gripper and the I/O signals with a smart component. I you need to setup I/O connections between the gripper and the robot system, but I don't find the I/O of the robot. How could I do this?
I read something about EOI file, what is this?
Thanks!!!0 -
