debug C# programs on TPU

Hi all.
I want to develop program in Visual Studio 2008(last possible), execute and mainly DEBUG it on TPU(IRC5).
TPU is running on WinCE. Is it possible to work with TPU like with another WinCE device?
OR if VS2008 is no longer supported, and Screen Maker is preferred, is it possible to debug program in Screen Maker?
Or suggest me some good technique how to effectively develope and DEBUG screens for TPU please.
