Can't able to Create System form layout for Station having more than one Paint Robot

I try to create a Robot system with two Paint robots with paint rails. So try to create Robot system from Layout, but the notification says ''The maximum number of paint robot is one". but I need to add more than one. Please help me to solve this problem.
