Virtual Flex pendant İssue

Hello,

When i start  virtual controller from any backup,  touch screen buttons on virtual flex pendant  disappeared and can't use it.I tried  with two different licences and pc.I had exactly the same problem. No error or warning shown logs.  Anyone help?

Is the virtual controller properly running and is not in sys fail or something?

Actually when i change to manual mode to auto mode i can see auto mode request  in log.İ have tried jogging with  with flex pendant in order to move to robot in online monitor, it didn't work.

Controllers were running before so i think its related with 6.02 update.

Generally  i get this error:

100000: Internal error

Description
sio.c 806 Can't find transport layer: trpbosv24_driver_reconfig for trpbosv24_1: due to 0xffffffff

Did you try to i-start?
It will wipe configurations and RAPID. After that you can try to load them manually and maybe see what the problem is.

İ tried that but i got the same error code and screen issue  even i didnt restore any backup.İ re-installed robot studio.No chance.

Did you try to start a virtual controller from a virtual key(not backup)?

I have tried create an "empty" controller and it froze a while(about 20 minutes).Then  i got "Not enough quota error".I think it is about insufficent RAM.

 Have 4 GB RAM, checked performance monitor to see RAM consuming.

Robot studio :562 MB
Installation Manager 57MB

I have 2GB more empty RAM.

I've never seen  such an error before 6.02

There is something wrong with your SIO file. You should check system.xml file under your backup and see which RW the bacup was made with, and then use the same RW version or newer when you create system from backup.
