Main computer defect after program Chance With robot Studio

Hello together. 

How can it be, that the Main computer of an irc5
Fucks up after a program change with Robot Studio? 
The Main computer needed to be replaced with a New one.

Irc5 multimove with RW5.08, connecting via Service Port with RS 6.0
