DSQC 639 - Manual/Info - Robot Communication Issues

Hey all, I have spent quite a bit of time trying to find more indepth information on this computer system, but unfortunately I have failed. I have a unit which has come in, just as the unit itself, no flex pendant, or any further information. I have figured how to power it, and have tested response for lan ports, but I do not know what my LEDS mean/what more I can do. I have a green TPU light, and red status light, with the TPU/Service/AXC1/Lan all lighting up when connected to my lan, but not the Panel Unit port lighting up, I am assuming that requires something different (flex pendant?). Is there any way to connect to a laptop via db9 (Com1/console) or to any of the lans to ensure this unit is ok? The fan has completely seized, and could be causing all of these issues, but I need a bit more proof. Thank you for your time.
