20205 Auto Stop Open

Hi, is there someone who knows how to solve this failure. I have a robot i have got from a company, it has been used - probably - for multitasking project, not sure though. I have this error message after I turn to AUTO mode and start the motors. Why? What should I look for? I have been searching info about this on net but no info. 
Can someone help me with this? Would be urgent.

    Just a guess: The robot probably used to be interlocked into e-stops and doors and now you need to jump your safety circuit to get it to go into Auto.
