How to move positioners at Rs 6

Hi, I'm trying to move 2 positioners IRBL at my station @ Robotstudio, I am doing it like at the FlexPendant, I move the axis manually and then Teach Target (Using ActUnit and Deact) but, at the beginning, error 40512 appears and the simulation stops.
I saw at other site, that i should write at the top, the values of the axis with TASK PERS, I'm not sure.
