ABB flexpicker alarm after restoring with new settings

I am experiencing difficulties.
We have two identical Flexpickers here and I have performed the same things on both.  Both have gotten restored with new settings and Rapids and configs.  One is fine and the second is giving me EN1 and En2 faults, along with two channel fault.
I see that my Qtrac card seems to have an error on it.  Red lights are on


Also the motors will not turn on (I am assuming this has to do with the alarms)
