Import correcty backup from real controller to virtual controller

I'm trying to import the backup from the welding robot to the computer. So everything is right. The problem is that the virtual robot and the positioner are in a different position compared to the real ones.

So, until now i understand that the backup can't import the placement. In the next step, i'm trying to import the movements of the robot.
Is there someone who can help me for the second step ?
