Problem with robot OS (robotware)? - rlmove.c 2362 internal error

Hello,
I have a problem with old ABB 1400 robot based welding cell.
MoveL -command fails always with error: rlmove.c 2362 internal error.
MoveJ -command works so it is kind of strange thing.
Is there a document for these "small" error codes?
Manuals show nothing under 10000 error code numbers.
Is this Robotware thing? Do I need to re-install all SW to robot controller?
If so where can I get old Robotware and Archware?
All info/sw/work around/etc is much appreciated.
