.NET exception Error for Robot Studio Controller

Hello everyone,
after installing Robot Studio 6.03.01 I wanted to create a new Station with robot controller. Sadly everytime I want to start this procedure I get the following error message:
RobotStudio .NET exception: Product installation is failed for new system creation Unable to translate bytes [E1] at index 0 from specified code page to Unicode.
I thought that maybe reinstalling everything could be a solution, but it didn't change anything.
I also tried to install Robot Studio on another computer, strangely I got the same error on the other PC as well.
Since the .NET versions were different on my testing devices I don't think the solution could be there. Except for the controller part of Robot Studio everyting else is working fine with the program.
Maybe somebody else has experienced a similar error and can help me out with my problem.
Best regards an thanks in advance

Hi
This error occurs when you are using non ASCII letters in your file path or station name.
If your windows username has non ASCII letters, set the work directory outside of your user folder or create a new windows account with only ASCII letters.
Let me know if it helped!

I also had the same problem with Robotstudio 6.04 but with another byte, but it may be the same reason.
The problem is that I changed user's folder (that had an accent) into only ASCII letters, but the problem remains.
Do you know if this problem may be because another issue?
