RobotStudio event

IRB14000 Go Offline failed!

Hi all, I failed when I was using "Go Offline" function to create a virtual controller from the Yumi robot. The error message is:
Could not find a version of product distribution open.smartgripperv3 that is compatible with abb.robotics.robotware 6.03.01.00

In fact, I have installed Add-in both SmartGrippper 3.20 and SmartGripper 3.30. Does anyone have hints on this issue? Thanks in advance!

  • Hi, I find that that the version of SmartGripper in YuMi controller is V3.10, But this version is unavailable in RobotStudio. I can't find any information from the ABB community. Does anybody know where I can download SmartGripper V3.10? Thanks.

    Here you go, was not able to attach unless it was a .zip, so remove the .zip at the end of name.
