2 x IRB260?
Hi!
Is it possible to use two IRB260 with one Controller unit in robotstudio (styrsk?p)? (Like a multimovesystem)
How do I do that? Do I need drivekeys for IRB260 then? How do I get those?
Thanks!

Hi,
Yes that is possible. Always when you are running more than one robot on one controller you have to setup a multimove-system.
To setup a mm-system for RobotStudio, start the System Builder (or select new system when you open a new station) and add a new system. Add a Virtual Key and two Drive Keys. In the Option window you have to select the option "MultiMove Coordinated" or "MultiMove Independent" (depending on your application). Under DriveModule1 and DriveModule2, select ABB standard manipulator -IRB260.

The drivekeys, can I choose them how I want? Or are they connected to a specific robottype or controller?
Never mind... GOT IT!

Hi!
I have got another question.
I have a IRB260 in my cell and I want to add a IRB660 to the system and make it a multimovesystem. Is that possible? How?
I understand how to add a multimovesystem in the beginning, but to add a robot to an existing controller doesn't work.
Please help...

Hi,
No that is not possible, you have to create a new system.
