Hello
You can use external axis wizard to create configurations for your external axis. It can be downloaded from the RobotStudio add-ins tab.
2 important things when building a track in 'Create mechanism':
Linear tracks: Always set the frame where the robot will be mounted so that positive X is pointing in the tracks positive travel direction and Z is pointing upwards.
Later you can rotate the baseframe of the robot if you want the robot to be mounted with another rotation.
Any track: Try to place the track geometry so that the mounting position/rotation is in the station zero before compiling the mechanism, then you will not need to mess around with calibration offsets.
This will make the RobotStudio track kinematics correct when using external axis wizard.
