IRB840 M98 - WebWare SDK

Hi Everybody. 
I´m new here, so glad to learnt from you and share my knowledge.
My question... It is possible to comunicate IRB80 M98 with PC and WebWare SDK? I would like to make a App and use the ActiveX controls from WebWare.
I have read the user manual Administrator’s Guide WebWare Server Version 4.9 and I saw S4C (M98) and S4C+ (M2000) , but not sure ...
Any advised will be great.
