controller restart whe i start jogging

i have robot IRB340 with controller irc5 and wen i start to jogge i the controller pc restarts, but i have tried to make I-restart and setet every thing again it starts to work normally for view minutes.
The controller just shows error wit smb battery now, and the problem started when i changed backup battery in IRC5 cabinet.
Have anyone idea about this problem??
