Deny access to a file

Hi!

I searched on the existing topics but I didn't find anything concerning my problem, so...

A simple question: is it possible to set a saved-file "Read-only", or to set it "busy", or sth like that..in order to deny the acces to that file, or to deny modifications? does exist any istruction to set and edit access permissions to files?..obviously without changing account..

    If you want to protect the file from unintended changes you can set it to Readonly. Then RobotStudio will not be able to save changes to the file, see below:

    If you want to deny users to change a file, then you need to configure the Security Properties of the file or folder, see below
