Is the Robot Moving?

I want to know if the robot is in motion or sitting idle via a signal. 

e.g. #1 The robot is looping through main for a command, but is NOT in motion. 

e.g. #2 The robot is at a wait signal and not moving.

Any suggestions?

  You could use the System Output signal; MechUnitNotMoving
