SMB Communication Failure
Hello everyone
We had problem with SMB card on our robot
38101 SMB Communication Failure
38209 Resolver error (for axis 3 and 5)
10036 Revolution counter not updated
After revolution counter update (to zero-marks on robot) there's a problem with executing robot program - there's huge difference in robots targets
I have question - is there any other explanation for this problem than the revolution counters were badly updated before commisioning? [I mean I know it seems like human error but it's very hard to believe in our situation]
Thanks for Your answers ASAP
