RobotStudio "ABB Virtual RobotController" Crash

Hi,

I've been working on the same virtual solution for a year, since RS6.01 and, once I have installed the RS6.04, the RobotController crashes as soon as I open the solution and it tries to connect to the robot controller. There it is the fault log.

I have 2 IRB4600 on the same solution with a quite big 3D model. The whole solution size is 320mb.

Any solution to this? I need to keep on working of this and I am not able to even open this system. Thanks.

Un saludokind regards,

    Hello
Could you check if RobNetScanHost and RobComCtrlServer are running?

If they are, try to kill them before starting your VCs.
    /Pavel
  • They are actually running both....

    Hi Pavel,

I killed both before opening the VC and still crashes...

  • Hello
You should contact your local ABB and send a p&g of your station.

  • I have fixed this through my local ABB, initializating the controller and doing an I-Start.

Anyway, after few days of solving this, during the work on this station, a robotstudio Force Close happened, and it has corrupt the whole station! I cannot even open it.

RobotStuido 6.04.01, the WORST robot studio that you have realeased... Full of bugs... I need to solve this.
