Adding signal to a station

Hi!

I want to add a signal that I want to use for a worldzone.
When I add the DO signal in the I/O System and restart the controller I cant use the signal since I get the message that it is "not found".
Can anyone help me finding where I go wrong? 
I am working with a completely new station with only one irb 1200 in it!

    What signals show up when you view the list of DO's?  Is it possible that there is simply a typo?
