activate trial licanzing

Hello. I wanted to download the updated version of robotStudio 2019.5.5. but after downloading the trial license is not available to me, it gives an activation error. what is the reason?

    He's writing premium level license unavailable(no license found)

    when I try to activate it it writes, activation failed. 
    Additional info: the license associated with the provided key is a single mashine license. Reactivations of this license. What? Help!
