How to use Kinect for controlling ABB IRB120 robot arm

Hi guys, I am currently developing a project about using Kinect xbox360 to control ABB IRB120 robot arm but I have no idea on what software should I apply and the most critical part I have concerned is about the programming part. I will very appreciate that if anyone here could provide some suggestions for me. Thanks.
