3Dconnexion mouse to move the robot

Hi all,

Is it possible to use a 3Dconnexion mouse to move the robot, similar to how the FlexPendant joystick operates?

Any research online only shows a manual of an add-in (poly-robotics) but I am unable to find the add-in anywhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Greg

  • Wasn't that addin only for jogging axis by axis, i.e. no reorient or linear jog?

Thank you both for your feedback

Thats unfortunate, it seems like it would be a great feature to be more efficient when programming offline.

  • If you move the robot to teach targets in the 3D environment, I think you can work more effectively
