You need to increase the even objects in the motion planner. Default is 100, but you can set it for up to 500.

But it is under Motion--> Motion Planner --> Number of internal event objects

But what is the cause of this error? I have it on a robot that makes linear movements during gluing. Increasing to 500 didn't help. Any other ideas?
