    • IRB installation woes

    Hi All,

    I am in a real fix .image Recently I had to shift my IRB1400 floor mounted welding robot with S4Cplus controller 3HAC 9039-1/M2000 from one place to the .Now I am trying to get it started again.I got the error message

    Startup error motion -9 

    Transmisiion error 33417 mco hiscab.c 302

    I tried to cold start the system but these two errors are persisting and motors also are not switching on.

    PLease help!

       I had something like that and I had to start all over again and reload all the software again. Sorry but I hope this helps.

      Startup error new motion gave us a broken drive. Check if all cabling to the drives is still connected ok.

      vandna,

      you may check the cable connection between axis computer and SMB board.  or change the SMB board.

      normally "Startup error motion -9" means motion control hardware selftest not ok
