Hello world,
I was updating the rev counters for my positioning table and accidentally had the track selected as well. Now I cannot move to the witness mark to reset rev counters in the correct position because of it being out of working range. Is there a way to override this?

pull out the resolver cable while power is on, the system will go in to failsafe mode.
Shut it down and reconnect the resolver cable.
Revolution counter will now require a update and i think you can jogg it freely.Systemintegrator - Web / C# / Rapid / Robotstudio

Another method is edit the first digit of the calbration offset, then restart the control. E.g. CalOff = 1.2345 change to 5.12345, Upon completion of the control restart it SHOULD throw a Unsync due to Cal Data or something similar. Rev counter for the changed axis is gone.
SIDE NOTE: It has been a very long time since I have worked on a 6 axis articulated arm. On non-articulated mechanical units when even ONE rev counter is missing no joint boundaries are enforced.
Once your unit is in the working range restore the offset, restart, and update Rev Counters in proper spot.
