Robot Studio / shopfloor editor

I've been trying to locate both Robot Studio for the S4cplus and also Shop floor editor but I cannot find either anywhere.
I have contacted ABB in 4 different offices around the world including USA and UK but no one ever responds.
On the Robotics software support portal main page it states that we can download software and manuals if we have a software subscription.
Please can someone tell me where I can get this software subscription or purchase the software.
