Conveyor Tracking - Creating System

I have been trying to create a system using conveyor tracking and two conveyors but I keep getting the attached error message.

I have followed the directions in the user manual. Import the geometry for the conveyor, create the conveyor mechanism with target points, save that mechanism as a library. Than, create a system using system builder and when prompted for the library file I point to the conveyor and get the attached error "THE SYSTEM COULD'NT BE CREATED!".
Any help provided would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,Sorry, I have no suggestion, but I also want to askCan an encoder interface (DSQC 377 A) track 2 different conveyor? If yes, is it need 2 encoder in 2 conveyors? I read in the manual, that an encoder interface only can support for an encoder. Here I attach the layout drawing. I need to track the objects in conveyor A, pick them and place them to the trays in conveyor B.can I track the conveyor A and B together in the same time? Many thanks.Best regards,Carmilaindah carmila0

Maybe there is a problem with the system name, since it seems to be the same as the station name, try changing it to something different to see if that helps.

I got it working...for some reason, everytime I creating the system, it asked me for the conveyor library. This caused duplicate conveyors in the systems. If I created the system without the conveyors, it asked me for them and works fine.
