50194 Internal position error

Hi,
I get an internal position error on an ABB IRB 14000 YuMi after updating the revolution counter and running the verification program to ensure a correct calibration. This also happens when I run any other program. Do any of you have any experience with this or any recommendations on what I could do to solve this? All help is greatly appreciated.
I provided a picture of the error and an attempt to follow the recommended action of adjusting the system parameters in Motion -> Uncalibrated Control Master 0, but there are no data there and I cannot add any new data.

This happened after recalibrating the robot? I would attempt the calibration process again, it seems like something is awry.0

I have tried recalibrating multiple times without any luck.
