RobotStudio 2021.1.2 Crashing

The most recent version of RobotStudio has been crashing when I try to take a real controller offline. Installation Manager 6 also crashes upon opening while IM7 works fine.

Does anyone have similar issues and solutions?
Where can I find legacy versions of software (i.e. Robotstudio 2020)? I have been unable to find it on the ABB RobotStudio downloads page.

    Hello there,

    In order to troubleshoot this issue, please contact your local ABB and provide a RobotStudio Report via the Support Tool.

    To my knowledge, the older versions of RobotStudio are not available for download any longer.

    It turns out the culprit for the issues was some newly implemented endpoint protection software. I have RobotStudio back up and running.

    I am having same issue while creating a new system. Can you please share what software was the issue. i have tried 7 laptops, version 6.07, 2021 and 2023
