How can I update Integrated vision camera Firmware for YuMi IRB14000?

As you can see in the image, I tried to update the firmware, But I'm getting a weird error! I was already connected to the camera and I was able to see the image, why this communication error is happening? is there a proper way to update the Cameras Firmware please?
