RSO 5.07 does not connect to RS 5.07

Hello,

I've just upgraded to RS 5.07. I created a simply simulation and sync'd with the VC. When I go to  Program / Robot Studio Online F6, RSO starts up but doesn't connect to my VC. Nothing is diplayed in the Robot View or Controller Status windows. RSO Version 5.7.153.0

Hello Jim,

This is a known limitation in RSO 5.07 which will be fixed in RSO 5.08. For now, you will have to open/create a robot view and add the systems manually.

Hi Jim,

To see your VC in RSO 5.07 you have to create the Robot View and add the controller yourself. Do like this:

Select New Robot View on the Start Page.
Give the Robot View a name and press OK.
Right Click on the Controllers icon in the Robot View and select Add Controller.
Now should you see the VirtualController.
Select the controller and press OK.

Actually, this has also been fixed in 5.07.01.
