Problem with External axis

in RobotStudio
Hi, I've configurated the system in figure
2 External axis, one moves on Y direction the othen on Z direction.
When i try to "Teach Instruction" or a "target" moving along Y direction all works fine.
When i try to "Teach" moving alog Z direction the system return in Z=0 position. Forcing the value from Rapid I've an error of "Joint Out of Range":
50027: Joint Out of Range

Position for Mandrino joint M9DM1 is out of working range.

I don't Understand why! Any suggestions?

Moreover the error depends on linear movement. If I try to move with AbsJ instruction all works fine.

From the pendant is not possible, in jog mode, to move along z axis.
