RobotStudio 2019.5.3 install issues?

I'm trying to download RobotStudio 2019.5.3 on my Carnegie Mellon University laptop. When I go to download it, I get the message, "Error reading setup initialization file". Any ideas of why this is happening & what steps I would need to take to fix it? We have a University license.

Please explain in detail what you are doing.
For example, after you download the zip-file, do you unpack it or start from the archive directly?

After downloading the file from ABB's website, I unzip the file, click setup.exe, then almost immediately the message, 'Error reading setup initialization file' pops up. I have even moved the setup.exe file onto my desktop, but it still does the same thing. I'm thinking there is something in my computer that is causing the problem.0
