Camera connecion in YuMi robot

Have one of you who works with YuMi robot a problem with connection with camera in SmartGripper?

We have problem in left arm. In right arm all works correct.

So in some positions of the arm we loose a connection with camera, and in other positions we can acquire images correctly. Do you have any idea, why this happens?
